I have forgotten my password. How can I connect to Pilario?

In case you have forgot your password you can reset it in the log in screen by using the Forgot Password? form. There provide your username or email and an email with a valid link to reset your password will be sent to your email account. 

I want to remove a user but I cannot see the dustbin icon?

In order to remove a user from your organisation you should click on the dustbin icon displayed next to the user. If you do not see this icon it means you have not been granted the permissions to do so. If this is a task that has been assigned to you, contact the administrator of your organisation in Pilario to be assigned the proper permissions.

Where can I manage my Team members / Users?

User management in Pilario can be done in the "Team Members" menu under your "Company Settings". To open those, please click on your initials icon in the upper left corner, next to your company logo, and then select "Settings" 

If your menu bar on the left is collapsed, you might find the initials button at the bottom of the menu bar. Or you can spread the bar by pressing Alt+s.

How can I update the Firstname and/or Lastname of a user?

For any user, Firstname and Lastname will be greyed out and cannot be directly changed. If you need to change any of those, please email us to support@pilario.com specifying your company name and the changes you need.
