      How to export the results of your EBS product(s)?

      Learn how to generate a spreadsheet report from Pilario that you can download to share with third parties.

      Pilario allows you to calculate the EBS score of your product, but you might want to share the results with other parties without having them to log in the platform, or to upload the report to another platform. This is where reports become helpful, as you will be able to download a document that you can modify to your needs, calculate charts, or share straight away.

      Continuing from our example of a Step-by-step guide: getting the EcoBeautyScore for a face cream, we will demonstrate how you can generate the spreadsheet report for the face cream using the available template.

      Follow these steps.

      1. Select (by checking the selection box on the leftest column) the Face care - Cream Repair - 50ML product from your product list in the main products' page
      2. Click on Actions button in the upper right corner, and then on Generate report

        Note that you could also perform this action form within the product's page.
      3. A new pop up will appear allowing you to enter the name for the report and the template you want to use. Fill those fields and click on Generate.


        Note, the are two templates available:
        1. The Excel - Results export, which allows you to export the results in the same way you see them in Pilario.
        2. The Excel - Refill export, which allows you to compare how a refill product will behave against a refillable, and therefore, they should be defined as such in their product type definition to obtain a valid report.
      4. The application will display a message about the report being generated, it usually takes only a couple of seconds to be ready.
      5. Go now to the Reports page via the left menu.
      6. Find there the generated report and download via the download button in the last column

      The downloaded report will contain all your product information displayed in three different sheets. You will likely use the third sheet to prepare additional reports. In the example below, we are creating a simple chart to analyse the Climate Change impact over the life of the product.
