Data Input Guide for EBS
The Data Input Guide for EBS platform provides the specifications and guidelines that users must follow when creating a new product in the system. It can be accessed by clicking on the following image.
Import template
The import template is a spreadsheet that can be used to import one or more products at once via the import functionality, as covered in the article How to import my product data?. It can be downloaded by clicking in the image below.
The template contains some information to serve as guidance in the red sheets, and two additional sheets (in blue) with information of the possible values
List of Values
The list of values is a spreadsheet containing the full information of the possible values for each field in the system. Can be used as an additional help to see the possible values without having to preselect a parent first. It can be accessed by via this link.
