User management in the association module ensures strict data confidentiality, with customizable roles, supervisory controls, and secure access via invitation only.
To ensure data confidentiality, no member of the association can access another company's data. Robust architecture and strict security measures safeguard the privacy of each member’s information.
Functional Requirements
- Supervision :
The ability to have one (or multiple) supervisor(s) by association member to efficiently manage their teams. - Role Configuration :
Users can configure team roles and customize permissions based on team structure.
- User Invitations :
The association can invite new users to the platform by sharing a link.
- Access Control :
Initially, access to the association platform will be by invitation only.
- User Freezing/Deletion :
Users can be frozen or deleted from the system as needed.
EBS specific defined roles
Some roles have been predefined in the system to ease the administration of users:
- User administrator: users granted with this role can create new users
- Ingredient data encoder: users granted with this role can be used to fill the ingredients subsection of a product.
- Packaging data encoder: users granted with this role can be used to fill the packaging subsection of a product.
- Full user: users granted with this role can access every subsection of a product and see its score.
- Viewer: users granted with this role can only view products and their scores.
Note that the EBS defined roles will not prevent the users from seeing the full list of results and the EBS score of a product in the results tab.
